What formats do you transfer?

We handle just about every popular home movie, video, and audio format. This includes VHS, S-VHS, C-VHS, MiniDV, Video8, Digital8, Hi8, and Betamax tapes. For film, we transfer Regular 8mm, Super 8 (silent & sound), and 16mm (silent & sound). We also digitize audio cassettes, 8-track tapes, reel-to-reel recordings, and vinyl records. And if you have something unique, just ask—we’ve probably worked with it before!

How do I get my media to you?

If you live in the South Florida area, we offer convenient pick-up and delivery service right to your door. For customers outside our local area, simply ship your home movies, videotapes, and audio recordings to our studio by mail, and we will carefully digitize and enhance them so you can easily share your memories with family and friends. Unlike some companies, you don’t need to purchase an expensive shipping kit from us—just pack your items securely in your own box and send them in.

Here’s a step-by-step packing guide:

You don’t need to buy a special box from us. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Choose a sturdy box – Use any good-quality shipping box that’s large enough for your items without being oversized.

2. Wrap each item – Protect tapes, reels, or records with bubble wrap, packing paper, or even soft cloths to prevent movement and scratches.

3. Fill empty space – Use packing peanuts, air pillows, or crumpled paper to keep everything snug and secure.

4. Label your items (optional) – If you’d like, you can place a note on each video tape, film reel, or audio media with a title or description. When we transfer that item, we’ll use the title you provide so your digital files are clearly named.

5. Include your order form – We will email you a copy of our Customer Order Form, please fill this out and place it in your box with your items. Use it to check off the items you’re sending and provide your contact details and return shipping address. Place the completed form inside your box, and be sure to keep a copy for your own records.

6. Ship to our studio – Drop your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location and send it to Coppolo Studios.
