Pickup & Delivery (South Florida)
For customers in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, we offer convenient pickup and delivery service. Simply schedule a time that works for you, and one of our staff members will meet you at your home or office. During the pickup, we’ll review your items with you, address any concerns, and ensure everything is properly documented before transfer.
Ship to Us by Mail
If you’re outside of our local service area, mailing in your items is easy and secure. Pack your items in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Ship your package to Coppolo Studios using the carrier of your choice. We’ll notify you as soon as your shipment arrives safely at our studio.

Download our convenient helper form to guide you as you pack. Simply fill it out step-by-step to stay organized and ensure nothing is overlooked. Include it in the package and don’t forget to keep a copy for your own records—it's a helpful reference throughout the process.
Inspection & Approval
When your package arrives at Coppolo Studios, we treat every item with the care it deserves. Each tape, reel, photo, or audio recording is carefully inspected to ensure it’s ready for transfer. If we find anything that requires repair or special cleaning, we’ll let you know right away and explain your options.
After completing a thorough inspection, we promptly send a detailed estimate via email for your review. Once the project is finished, we follow up with both a phone call and an emailed invoice to ensure you receive all the information needed for a seamless transaction.
Digitization & Delivery
Our standard turnaround time is about two weeks, depending on the size of your project. Throughout the process, your items remain safe in our care. Once your digitization is complete, we’ll notify you by both phone and email.
You’ll receive a secure Box.com link where you can instantly view and download your memories in digital form. You also have a variety of physical storage devices to choose from and the option to become a Coppolo Studio Member. Learn more about our delivery options here.
Finally, we carefully package and ship (or deliver) your original items back to you, along with any purchased USB drive, external hard drive, or DVD containing your newly digitized memories—ready to be enjoyed and shared for years to come.
